Outreach Application

Noiva

Application Procedure

It is important to understand how the organization you would like to work with is structured and operates. If you have not already done so, find out about the way we work on site

If you would like more detailed information, you are welcome to contact us before you apply or meet us at an event.

Afterwards, please read the requirements and instructions listed below as well as the declaration of responsibility carefully. They are important for your information and as a prerequisite for applying for an assignment.

If you accept all the conditions and fulfill the formulated requirements, please fill out the form completely and correctly to apply for volunteer work in a mission.

Once we have successfully reviewed your application, we will invite you to a personal interview to get to know and assess you, your personality, your motivation and your talents. This interview will help us to plan the ideal assignment groups and activities.

This interview is important – for us and for you. On the basis of this personal meeting, both sides can get a better picture and decide whether the expectations can be fulfilled.

For each possible assignment date, we already communicate a fixed date on which a preparatory meeting will take place. When applying, please make sure that you can be present on this date if possible.

The preparatory meeting is the place where important and up-to-date information relevant to the success and safety of the assignment can be passed on. And it is the place where the majority of the group that will later carry out the assignment together meets for the first time.

According to all the information you have received, the assignment will take place on site.
Various impressions can be recorded during a mission. Some of them may be pleasant, but others may be depressing. Many of these can be processed directly during the assignment in the company of other participants. If necessary, there are various opportunities to meet up after the assignment.
